Mmmm… Andee’s Candies
In honor of my long weekend away next week, I am handing out Andee’s Candies. I promised you some treats this weekend, here you go!!!
I ordered an extra SU! Spiral Punch by accident last week, so why send it back? Why not give it away as blog candy! I am also giving away some SUPER cute silvery-gray harlequin style note cards and a party lamp stamp by American Art Stamps.
I would love to know what your Easter or if you don’t celebrate Easter, your weekend plans are- Leave me a comment and I will have Mr. LOL pick the winner on Wednesday before we leave for vacation on Thursday. Have a wonderful Sunday and don’t forget to comment!!!

Mmm…what fun! My in-laws are finally back from snowbirding in Palm Springs (3 months!) so Easter will be fun to watch with them and the grandkids. They like to have the Easter hunt at their house and then we share brunch…if we are lucky, there will be no snow in Calgary and we will be able to play in the backyard!
I’ve almost ordered that stamp last week. Maybe after your draw I won’t have to ha ha! For Easter we usually head to my parents for dinner and the kids have an egg hunt.
Oh what fun candy! My Easter plans– go to church with my Mom and then have dinner with friends who will cook a big ham. They don’t have family nearby and love to celebrate holidays with friends — we are lucky to have them in our lives!
Easter weekend here at our new home in Georgia will be weird as we pick up our 16 y/o DD from the airport (she’s visiting friends in KS) and spend my very first Easter away from my boys who are away at college. *sob* BUT I WILL rejoice over the real Easter story!
Great Blog, Andee. I’ve added you to my daily blog list!
i love that new punch, good for us you ordered an exra.LOLWe hope to go to my in-laws for easter,if my husband doesn’t have to work. And I actually like my in-laws.LOL.Great blog candy.
Love the candy. I’ve been drooling over the spiral punch! My daughter is 2 so the Easter bunny will be hiding all sorts of eggs and presents inside and outside the house for her to find. See, the Easter bunny went overboard with gifts - more than Santa got her!!

Yikes Andee! That’s some awesome candy! We don’t have any Easter plans yet….I’m sure something will develop though.
Well, my family tradition is that we celebrate “secular saturday.” It’s the day that the easter bunny comes, hides eggs which we of course find, with candies and treats. Usually we do something fun as a family…movie, bowling, etc. That leaves Sunday to be the day that we concentrate on Jesus Christ and the more important part of the holiday.
Oh my goodness what a gorgeous stamp, and I sooo love that punch, didn’t think I would but now I have found loads of different things I could use it for!!! typical isn’t it
Easter we are going away from Easter Friday through to the Monday to a caravan park called Brean Sands as my hubby is doing some security work so we get to go with him, yeay for us the girls are super excited
Wow - fabulous candy! I think daughter and i will travel to mom’s to visit on Easter. DH and my son will be working, so it’ll be a quiet and quick visit.
Wouldn’t I love to be going on vacation. I would hate to admit how many years it’s been since I’ve been away. Have a great trip! Thanks for the opportunity to win some awesome blog candy!
Well we are doing something very unconventional this weekend for Easter. We leave Wed. nite for camping in Savannah, GA. It should be a fun getaway.
Thanks for this great candy. we appreciate it.
Cheryl
Look at you, girly-girl!! Lots of comments! ;o)
I plan to take the gnome to a neighborhood egg hunt. It’ll be his first, of course! I’m anxious to see how he reacts when he sees kids running to grab plastic eggs!! LOL!! The inlaws will also be here to enjoy the festivities.
I plan to cook an Easter dinner on Saturday since my fil always leaves early on Sunday. It’s just his “thing” to do.
There ya go!
Awsome blog candy…
We are planning to surprise my recently-widowed Mother-In-Law by taking her out for an Easter Buffet Lunch at a local Golf Club Restaurant. This will be her first holiday without Dad and we want to make her feel special and take her mind off of the fact that Dad will not be there with us. Holidays are all about family for us and this one will be no different.
Our Easter is usually go to church Easter morning and then have dinner at my house with family and friends. (usually about 25 to 30 of them) But this year we are having our dinner on Saturday evening so we will have the whole evening and not have to rush back to church.
Andee!! You will be missed while you are away!
Not sure what we will do yet seems we never make plans in advance anymore! I am hoping to go to sunrise service somewhere and let the kids color and hunt eggs!
What great candy. I like the note cards and stamp. I really want the punch…..The only Easter plans we have is a family dinner after church….
Hi! Love this blog! I have a rather large family and we all get together at my Parents’ house to hunt eggs, play horseshoes and eat my Mother’s traditional Bunny Cake. It’s so much fun! Have a wonderful Easter!
Great blog! And for Easter I’m going to see my grandfather and just hang out!! We eat good food and have fun talking about the “old days” and watching ball games!
I plan on spending the weekend with my family. I am on call at work, but hopefully it will be quiet. My older children will be home from college, and it will be fun having everyone back home at the same time. Hope ya’ll have a great time also!!!
Mmm, candy! I live far away from most of my family, but fortunately near some cousins, so I usually spend Easter with them - we have a light, early supper of ham and salads like potato salad or macaroni salad. It’s a fun, relaxing day. Happy Easter to you!
This is flippin’ sweet! Pick me and all your wildest dreams will come true!
Hmmm…our plans for this weekend are to spend Saturday with my parents who live about an hour and a half away and hopefully if the day is nice and sunny we will be taking a lot of family photos outdoors. On Sunday, we will be spending the day with my husband’s family in town. It will be yet another busy family weekend for our family!!!
We’re going to dye easter eggs using vegetables (a la Martha Stewart), go to church, and hopefully go out for brunch with friends.
Your blog candy looks awesome!
Cindy
My kids are all grown and moved away, no more Easter egg hunts here. So, we have yard work planned for next weekend. We bought this house a year ago and have finally come to a meeting of the minds on what to do with the yard, now comes the hard work! This NC clay is some hard stuff to dig in - I”m wondering if the yard doesn’t look just fine the way it is…hmmmm.
Great blog candy! My grandparents are going to come up for the day. Easter tends to be somewhat like Christmas at my house because we get presents in our baskets, as well as candy. It seems like I get more and more spoiled each year!
Easter is spent with a family gathering. Thank goodness for holidays so everyone MAKES time to get together! Awesome treats! Thank you & please pick me! Ilene B.
Hope it’s not too late to join in the fun. I don’t have the spiral punch yet, and it’s on my wishlist.
Easter is when my whole family gets together and all the kids get to have an egg hunt. What follows is a family room floor covered in opened egges and mouths covered in chocolate. That’s when we get the cutest photos!
A friend of ours is tunring the big 4-0 this year so I am making a chocolate turtle cheesecake and having her over to celebrate!
Thanks for the blog candy offer. Our Easter plans are pretty low-key…just celebrating with friends and family at our house.
I am not positive what we are doing for Easter yet. I know the kids and I will be going to church and then maybe headed out of town to see my husbands family for a few hours if we are all healthy by then.
oooo Love the candies!! As for Easter, we’ll just be staying home. Going to church all weekend. Infact i have to finish sewing Easter dresses for 2 of my girls today! Also making them hairbows (korkers) out of SU ribbon!
Easter means going to church and then having 10 here for dinner afterwards. UGH…I HATE to cook, but what can I say? Last Easter we ate out at a Chinese buffet and the family thought it didn’t feel right, so I guess we’ll have the traditional ham, asparagus, etc. here…
I thought Chinese was a great new tradition for Easter, but…oh well….
easter services… they are so beautiful, meaningful, powerful, and joyful. =)
Lucky you! Sounds like a FUN getaway!
Our Easter plans are:
-egg hunt at home for the kids in the AM
-church in the afternoon
-traditional big Easter dinner at our house that night
DH & I will be singing in the choir at church during our Easter services. Hopefully, the kiddos won’t decide to get out of their seats & run up to the front of the church while we are singing. (DD has done that before! *embarrassed*)
Most of our family will be coming home Easter weekend. We’ll be having Easter dinner on Saturday.
Nice family gathering…. Have a Happy Easter!!
I am not doing anything this week or weekend that is out of the mundane stuff I do every week. Still cold here and really want it to warm up so I can go outside without getting hives.
Oooh. That is yummy candy, indeed. For Easter, my husband and I get up WAY, WAY too early and shuttle ourselves downtown to church where we play in the handbell choir for THREE jam-packed-full church services. We usually drag ourselves home afterwards, take a VERY long nap, decide we really don’t have the energy to cook after all, and pick some restaurant to go out and eat at that we think won’t have long lines…Mexican usually works out alright
Well, since I dont have children. Im not doing anything for Easter.
Great blog candy!!! Our Easter plans our to go to Church and then all our family will be going to brunch.
Can’t wait to see everyone!!!
Have a great weekend to you!!
Hi, hope you have a great holiday! I wish I could say the same..lol. I am hosting Easter for my side of the family on Good Friday. This will be my first time cooking a turkey so it should be interesting! lol.. and then Saturday we’ll be going to my in-laws for an Easter dinner too. Then Sunday we usually have an Easter egg hunt here with my girls and have a family day together. Thanks for the chance to win
Happy Easter!
Yummy blog candy:) I celebrate Easter each year by going to church to thank Jesus for His sacrifice & my salvation. Easter is also the ONLY holiday that I don’t have to cook! Each year we carrivan to my sister’s house 3 hrs. away and have a fun time at her house. She has a big egg hunt for my 3 grandchildren & always makes a big batch of bubbles for them to play with. Her house is just beautiful & it’s so much fun to see all of her fancy decorations. We love going there each year.

Hello, Have a Happy Resurrection Sunday! We will be spending it going to church and making all the phone calls or video chats with our family and friends. It’s too bad our family lives so far away. Otherwise we would go to my Mom’s for a special dinner.
Smiles,
Nancy Grant
